Multifunctional room for private gatherings

Sunday brunch with the entire family? A business lunch with associates from abroad? An editorial meeting with drinks and light fare? A graduation reception with fellow students, an intimate light dinner with concert going friends after the performance? All are possible in the spacious, elegantly furnished multifunctional room above the Brasserie van Baerle restaurant.

Our upstairs room is reserved by companies for board meetings, year-end dinners, New Year's receptions and brainstorming sessions; by social and cultural organisations and universities for book presentations, literary award judging-committees, and farewell receptions; by private parties for dinners to celebrate promotions, reunions, and wedding and birthday celebrations. The room can accommodate up to 80 people for standing receptions. During the function, dining options include drinks and light fare to full meals. For seated events, the room holds up to 45 people. Audio-visual equipment is available upon advance reservation. Other facilities can be provided by arrangement.

The rental fee for the private dining room is € 175 per afternoon/evening. The rental fee will be waived if € 1250 or more is spent per afternoon/evening. The following cancellation terms apply to reservations, as well as the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca - UVH).
